Thomas D'ArcyChief Executive Officer
Mr. D’Arcy has over 30 years of experience and accomplishment in leading a diverse group of publicly traded and privately held enterprises. During this period he has served as Chief Executive Officer and/or Chairman of five publicly traded companies including most recently Healthcare Trust Inc. (HCT), a $3+ billion NASDAQ listed real estate investment trust which invested across the healthcare continuum including investments in medical office buildings, hospitals and senior housing facilities.

Mr. D’Arcy is a 1983 graduate of Bates College, Lewiston ME, and is married to Joan with four children.

Ashley Pittner Director of Sales and Marketing
Ashley Pittner comes to Regenacell Therapy with 10 years of experience in the medical device & biologics industry holding positions in both sales and marketing. Beginning her career with MTF Biologics, focused on PRP and allograft tissue, Mrs. Pitter contributed to MTF’s success in both a marketing role and by driving sales. Following her tenure at MTF, Mrs. Pittner held the positions of Product Manager and Technical Sales Representative with Nextremity Solutions. Mrs. Pittner’s experience and background were instrumental in driving sales in both the sports and extremity spaces. Most recently, Mrs. Pittner held the position of Senior Product Manager with Additive Orthopedics providing sales channel and marketing support for 3D printed implants in the foot & ankle, limb salvage market. Mrs. Pittner received her MS from Seton Hall. Mrs. Pittner lives in Ocean, NJ, with her wife, Jamie.
